By using services provided by Whoisdomaindata.in ("We"), you ("The Customer") agree to following terms and conditions:

Account creation must be done by a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods will be permanently banned.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
You may NOT share your login details with anyone. Accounts logged by multiple people will be banned. We follow one user per account policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We will NOT be liable for any loss from your failure to comply with this.
You may NOT use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must NOT violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright infringement.
You use of our services at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Technical support is available only by email.

Delivery of the database files should take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 Business days, depending on the size of the ordered database.
NO RESALE: All data we provide are non-redistributable. You may not redistribute or resell any of the data purchased form us to other parties.
NO REFUNDS: All products are sold "as is". You assume the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued once the files are delivered.

NO REDISTRIBUTION: You may NOT redistribute our data to other parties. Users found doing this will be permanently banned without refunds.
NO SHARING: You may NOT share your login details with anyone. Accounts logged by multiple people will be permanently banned without notice.
NO REFUNDS: All products are sold "as is". You assume the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued once your account is active.
We store daily database for the past 15 days in our server. Files older than 15 days are automatically deleted from the server, and CANNOT be recovered.

All our services are billed in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be NO refunds or credits for partial usage of any service.
API queries are purchased in advance. We will NOT issue refunds for unused queries at any times.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of any of our services without prior notice. Any change in pricing will be reflect on our web site.
Our fees are exclusive of any taxes imposed by the taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for payment of any required taxes, levies or duties.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of our service (or part thereof) with or without notice.

You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us by email and providing the required credentials in order to validate your request.
All of your content will be immediately deleted from our system upon cancellation. This cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in deactivation of your account.
Verbal, physical, written or any other abuse (including threats) to our customer or employee will result in immediate termination of your account.
If your bandwidth significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage of other customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account.

We reserve the right to update and change our Terms of Service from time to time without notice.
Any new features that augment or enhance the current service, shall be subject to our Terms of Service.
